Christa Danisewicz is a fitness professional with decades of experience helping others reach their health and wellness goals. A recent back injury that affected her ability to walk, stand, and live the active lifestyle that she loved forced her to reevaluate what it really means to achieve a healthy level of fitness. Her mission now is to help others achieve their fitness goals while also maintaining a healthy back.
While recovering from a back injury that affected her ability to walk, stand and live the active lifestyle that she loved, Christa relied on hope, her training and her non-conventional efforts to heal her back for good.
One of Christa’s favourite scriptures says, “Faith is the substance of things hoped for, the evidence of things not seen (Hebrews 11:3).” She believes God uses hope to fuel our faith, that even the smallest seed of hope is the beginning of every good thing in our lives. In her words, “Hope is the fuel we need to overcome our biggest challenges so we can ultimately use these challenges to improve not just our lives, but lives of others.”
As a fitness professional with decades of experience helping others achieve their health and wellness goals, Christa has now launched her own fitness website, Healthy Back Life, to teach others how to move, live, and exercise in a way to permanently – and naturally – overcome chronic back pain.
